Fabulous location, far away from the tourist crowd. Very quiet and relaxing. The hotel owns a small strand of the beach only for guests. Beautiful view from the pool and the restaurant on the bay. Great Italian cuisine served in the hotel restaurant. Room was nice and clean (looked better in reality than on the website). Good place for couples as well as for parents with children.

Location is great. View from hotel is just wonderful! The hotel is very comfortable, has a very nice restaurant and the pool area is very relaxing. Good for families with children and couples as well.
It is not really a four stars hotel. It is a three stars hotel: it needs renovation and the rooms are a little small (it means that it is a little bit expensive for what you get). But as far as you bear this in mind, everything else is very good.

Ideal, fairly clean, big hotel, the location is marvellous to the pebble beach. The staff are consistently courteous and incredible and I liked their attitude. The service at the terrace is friendly. Thank you for an amazing stay😃👍

The hotel is right on the water and has its own private small beach in the bay. The water is great for swimming and the mountains surrounding the bay make it a really stunning spot. There is also a small pool with lots of loungers, perfect for relaxing. The restaurant at the hotel has tables on the deck by the water and the food was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving tips about where to go and what to see in the area.
It wasnt clear that breakfast wasnt included in the room rate but it was good and served til late morning - plenty of time for a pre-breakfast swim. The hotel's location is a bit isolated, 4km or so from Kotor. Taxis are readily available and there are local buses going past the hotel but if you want to be in the middle of a town and you dont have your own transport, bear this in mind. Some of the nearby towns/beaches around the bay do play loud music in the afternoons in the summer time which can be slightly annoying if you just want to relax by the pool.

fine views and easy access to explore kotor
I was captivated by the beautiful lake views over to Kotor and appreciated the close proximity to the fascinating Church of St Nicholas, just a short walk away. The staff were super friendly was nice, although the breakfast could use a little improvement.

The Hotel had everything we were expecting: a great welcome upon arrival; spacious, clean and comfortable room; view over the bay; swimming pool and sea with beach. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the food fresh - you could even sit outside and admire the views from a covered or non-covered terrace - and the service was always friendly.
We certainly have nothing to complain about.

Marvelous location right on the bay, with excellent access to bay for swimming and lovely pool area. Good car parking, hospitable staff all round. Terrace breakfast and dinner were excellent. Easy driving around rest of the bay, well decorated and genaerally highly recommended.

Room size variability is frustrating!!! Outdated room furnishings need a serious update!!! Showers should be redesigned for better functionality!!! Noise from the road takes away from relaxation!!! Pool maintenance could improve to avoid green water!!!

Fantastic location & good facilities. Clean room
A terrible restaurant greatly overpriced with very poorly prepared food. Hotel opposite has a much better restaurant & 2 other restaurants in village, one of which I tried and was also excellent. Much better food at half the price.

I dislike staying there, absolutely!!! Uncomfortable room, small space for the clothes, vere small room, electricity was broken everewhere, when we came in the evening it was absolutely dark thouth there was 4 or 5 bra in room. Next day when we told about our problem they repaired 2 of 5!!! fridge is very noisy like a plain. Breakfast first day seemed us not bad, but the next day we saw the same yesterday food!!!! no tea, stuff looked shoked when we ask about it. And you know sea there near Prcnji very dirty parasol is everywhere. Its rather far from hotel to Kotor, 3 km, need a taxi (no problems with it) Near Splendido no any shops, 1 very poor restaurant. Splendido's restaurant is much more expensive then thers in Kotor.

I loved the stunning views from the pool area and the unique, high-quality dishes from the restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet was really good. I can't stress enough how much the actual surroundings surpassed the online photos. Would definitely come back!
